ABOUT THE PROJECT
Engage in epic battles with Robot Marbles, where every shot ignites the thrill of futuristic warfare!
Play LIVE with friends for FREE. Use your transforming ROBOT shooter to knock darblez or your opponent off the battlefield. Message and battle your friends or groups of friends. Collect sets of shooters to earn prizes.
Do you love classic head to head games like 8 ball pool or marbles? Darblez is the game for you. Darblez combines the best elements of marbles and pool into a fast-paced, addictive arcade game with a futuristic robot theme.
Duties I performed
The objective was to launch a captivating and enjoyable game for players. Given the constraints of a small team, I took on multiple responsibilities across our backend and client to ensure a stable release.
- Seamlessly integrated a comprehensive registration system for both the client and server, implementing logic to detect existing users while facilitating the creation of new accounts through various login options.
- Enhanced the user interface to incorporate new features facilitating gameplay with friends and managing Darblex collections, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
- Spearheaded the management and processing of scores post-match on the backend, optimizing performance and accuracy to enhance player satisfaction and competitive dynamics.
